She’s fixed. () ()

Well, I finally figured out the cause of the water problem at the house. The neighbor’s apartment building gutter was clogged and overflowing. So all the water from their roof flowed down the hill into my backyard, right toward the basement window.

I was wondering why there was SO much water compared to previously. There never was anything near this quantity ever before, and now again since Noel (Our new worker-dude) climbed up and cleaned them out. We also did some serious improvement to the french-drain so things flow really nice so if it ever happens again, it should be no biggie.

I am quite relieved, to say the least. Now I just have to get it sold and some cash in hand!
